i have a Hitachi ex 200-3 model 95 it has a faulty electronic card can any one tell me how to bypass it and how i can run it manually.
You can get a manual kit from HITACHI which by pass the electrical system.
where i can get detail information where i can get detail information
Hello Tezlog, To bypass the electrical part of the system do the following: On the bottom of your pump you will find a small rectangular plate with 4 allen bolts holding it in. Take these 4 allen bolts out. Pull the plate straight down. You may need to work it out with a prybar or screwdriver. A small amount of oil may leak out but not very much. You will see a pin on the top part of the plate. Rotate the plate 180 degrees with the pin pointing up still. With it rotated 180 degrees, push the pin back up. You will feel the pin press against the piston in the pumps. Push this all the way up and reinstall the allen bolts. You may need to undo the small pilot line on the top of the pumps to be able to push the pin back up. Your machine is now in limp mode. It will move quite slowly but all the functions will work. Sorry I don't have any pictures I could post, but I hope this makes sense.
it will be available in Local HITACHI of office
Never heard of a Manual Kit. The pumps and valves are very much electrical control, so I don't see how you bypass it. Spitzair is right on how to put the pump in limp mode to move it. The pin pushes the pump Servo Piston off full swash so you don't stall out the engine.
o thanks but is there is any way i can by pass electronic cards by a hydraulic arrangement so my machine should work properly just like hitachi other machines that don't have any ECU
The manual kit/mechanical regulator kit is available with HITACHI.
i had a problem with my excavator Hitachi EX-200,we bought it as a surplus or a used one..but after a month of usage we encountered lot of costly problems about this.mainly the leaks from evrywhere specifically on the control valves.as we replaced the o-rings,the other parts with o-rings also started to worn out and caused again with never ending hydraulic leaks.why is it continously destroying o-rings?is it with the new oil i replaced as hydraulic oil?i used oil 10 for diesel engines as hrdraulic oil...and one major problem also is as we operate continously and when engine temperature rises, the main boom operates very slowly and then suddenly seems like loosing its pressure as it falls down uncontrollable..my conclusion is that i may have used the wrong oil filled in the hydraulic tank thats why the temperature of oil becomes too high and destroys the o-ring of the system and affects also the normal operation of the excavator...i hope somebody can help me to solve this problem.
