Howdy. Name is Dan. I'm from northwest ohio near lima. I guess you could say my love affair started with construction equipment started in 08 in 11th grade. Went to the local vocational school for their construction equipment program and it grew from there. Done a few restoration projects. Found my specialty is parts. I'm quick with a computer and i tend to search till my eyes burn and search some more for hard to find parts and info. Sometimes i gotta turn to other people though. That's why i'm here. Over the last 4 years i have worked on a bit of everything. Biggest accomplishment was being involved with piecing back together a New Holland LB55 engine that me nor the other people involved tore apart. Kind of funny to us that 3 or 4 other classes tried to fix this and make it work and between me and 3 of my friends we had it back together in a month. We only had 2.5 hours a day to work on it. Needless to say she got back together and to this day it's still functional. Slightly louder then stock after straight piping it to get rid of the muffler that snapped the exhaust manifold bolts in the first place but it gets the work done. So i have wrenched on everything from equipment to cars. Even dabbled in redoing car interiors for a short time with a neighbor of mine. So guess you could say i'm jack of all trades master of none. I was going to college to get a degree to actually work on equipment but that got slid to the side due to health but i plan to come back fighting, just don't know how long it will take. Anywho nice to have found yall and meet yall and hope i can find help here when i need it, help others when they need it if i can, and enjoy what my life has been missing. People laugh when i say there ain't nothing like the smell of diesel on a cold winter morning.
