Does any one have any experience with any of the newer machines fitted with these ? Are they saving fuel/increasing output ? What is coming down the line ? I love dinosaurs but as traditional hydraulic excavators are very thirsty there is huge potential for improvement more than most other HE . I hate electronics , common rail and over complication but am very interested in the future of hydraulic excavators . Weird !
Lots of accumulators with big bottles of nitrogen. Bummer, I sold my charging tools years ago. The other operating media I think is going to be electricity.
