Have a Hyundai 210 lc-3 works great when it's cold but after about half hour it's reaction time gets really slow and delayed ... I think it has something to do with the safety switch that solenoid gets super hot and has cracked put a new one on and did same thing any help would be appreciated
How does your pilot filter look? What happens when you bypass the safety solenoid using the thumbscrew on the opposite side of the manifold?
It was collapsed and bad put new one in ....I dnt Kno alot about them or how to do that I pulled the plunger out of the block so it is free flowing all the time no safety switch for time being
Is the unit running better after you bypassed the safety? Hopefully you didn't drop a grand on that coil. That complete solenoid valve, coil and all is only around $550.
We tried a new coil it got so hot n cracked hour after use ... We can't find parts to try new stem and coil but it runs perfectly right now yes
Are you sure you are running a 24v coil and not a 12v coil? The coil should get warm, but not so hot that it will crack that fast.
