Good day Check the obvious the transmission for lube and witness stuff - listen to establish if the box is in motion - be sure the other circuits from that pump are working good (Arm & tracks). Attached some information that may be helpful you can find more on the web site. Kind regards Uffex
Owner says it travels good arm and all works good just wont swing. I don't know a lot about excavators, but have knowledge on hydraulics. I'm going to go look at it this weekend. I was trying to find specs on this machine but didn't have much luck. uffex That is a great document thank you.
