Engine is fine, always turn on fast, blade has all 6 movements, the clutch and brake pedal are frozen at top position, steering on both sides are also froze. I can move forward if start the engine with engaged gear. Any pointers on where to start looking for problems or if even worth fixing it? Thanks!
Make sure the linkages are free and not rusted up and/or packed with debris.
I took the seat and floor pan out and pressure washed everything. It is the levers from clutch houses that are frozen. Thanks
