someone tried to steal my samsung excavator. they cut wires in the fuse panel, tried to hot wire it but was unsuccessful..ive done what i could without drawings....i installed two new batteries, as soon as i install last battery cable voltage drops from 16 vdc to 2.3 vdc quickly. i can remove small wire from starter and voltage stays constant..cannot get any voltage to fuse console or key switch....and is it a positive ground? if so what is the correct way to wire it...i need wiring diagrams bad not any luck on the internet finding any...any help will be wonderful
16 volts? did you put in 8 volt batteries?! It should be 24 volts, and I'd be shocked if it was positive ground.
the 16 volts was right after i charged them, 12vdc is the voltage, 24vdc total....and yes it is a neg ground
