I have Terex pt 50 that won’t start

I can jump the solenoid and it cranks over. I have voltage at the switch. Does one of the safety switches keep it from turning over?

    On my PT50, it won’t crank if the continuous hydraulic flow switch is “on”.

    thanks, I think I found a bad ignition relay
