Identifying head gasket kubota v3300-eb2

I'm replacing my head gasket on a v3300t-eb2. Factory gasket is first picture and has no "notches" to Id it for thickness and is made of composite/graphite. Second picture is metal and considered the no "notch version". How do I identify which gasket I need?. Dealer has 3 different options available but couldn't tell me the correct one I need since mine has no place for the notch marks....

Difference is gasket thickness, correct gasket is determined by measuring piston protrusion. Not sure on why some times they use a graphite gasket, and seems when they do there are no thickness choices. 1 and 2 notch are the middle choices and seem to be the most common.
