Idle adjustment on a 1994 Kenworth T400?

Is it possible to lower the idle speed on a 1994 Kenworth T400 truck? If the tach is accurate it seems to be set around 1200RPM and I'd like less ground speed at idle.

    I was wrong about the idle, it's at 700 RPM. Would still like to drop it a bit if possible. Or is it possible to change the rear end gear ratio for lower gearing?
