I have an IHI 28J and am having problems with the bucket curl and arm tilt controls. They will work if I use both controls at once, but will only start to move and sound like it's binding up if moved independently. Oil is topped off, suction and return filters are just changed and nothing is leaking. Any advice or thoughts.
