I have kind of narrowed down my search to an IHI 28N or a Yanmar Vio30. The yannie has more hours but due totheir reputation this machine does not scare me. The IHI has 2300 hrs, has front aux hyd. Just looking for opinions on the IHI. There is a dealer here in Buffalo so parts should not be a problem-probably easier than the Yanmar.
I had a 35J which I bought at 900 hours and sold 2400 hrs and I had very few issues with it What few I did were associated with the Isuzu motor. I would own an IHI product in a heart beat. Nice control system, good digging performance, and I had great support from Compact Excavator Sales in E-town, KY.
