Hi Guys, One of our client is having an excavator wheel type MH350 model, manufacturer ATLAS PALAZZANI GMBH. This equipment is powered by DEUTZ 6 CYLINDER CRDI engine. Recently i have replaced engine head gasket due to overheat and it was running good after that. Now I received a breakdown call from customer that, the equipment engine is stalling when doing hydraulic function. when i checked, i found diesel line is full of water contamination which is causing intermittent shutdown. I cleaned all fuel lines, filters, water separators , fuel tanks and put brand new diesel 150 ltr. After 1 hour machine is having same problem and im finding diesel again in the fuel lines. Other equipment also using same diesel but they dont have any problem. any technical person, please help me
