Have you switched off the parking brake rocker?
yes i got it to go in reverse but not forward
On the reverser unit is a solenoid with two coil on it. Measure both coils for resistance. You could get lucky and have either an open coil or a broken wire. The reverser does just that, reverses the transmission (also controls forward). It is mounted to the front of the transmission, which only has one direction. Hence the reverser.
