Hi all..Joined because have just encountered this problem..Been running all morning, hydraulics stopped working, turned machine off, no nothing, electric fuel pump working, but no ignition lights or starter and 2 or 3 fuses blown. anyone encountered this ? And does anyone have a wiring diagram please..It's stuck in the middle of my lane at the moment lol
A Sudden blowing of fuses points to power going straight to ground. Is there a battery power cable that comes out of the fuse panel that is worn out and grounding out. Any smell of burnt wiring. Might have to raise up cab to look underneath. More rare of a machine in my area, maybe lots in yours. Maybe someone has a schematic, otherwise get hold of dealer and buy one. Simon C
Thanks for the reply Simon, all hydraulics stopped working and I could smell electrical burning, turned machine off, checked fuses found 2 burnt out, replaced but no ignition lights, found another burnt out, now have ignition lights but nothing on starter position, bridged starter and it fired up, but still no hydraulics.. I've found a service manual with electrical layouts and it lists a 50 or 60 amp main fuse but having trouble finding it at the mo..
