fan quit running , all fuses ok, need to access fan motor to hot wire and check or removal , it is so compact and close appreciate steps and suggestions to access and removal of fan, thanks
There is a good thread here from a while back. It‘s a Hitachi ZX120, not the exact same a/c box as your Deere 330CLC but very similar and also very similar steps to access. HeavyEquipmentForums . Also check your messages.
Controller??? Where and what is it, sounds like it is more than a off and on switch, how do you check it
See a screenshot of the air conditioner controller below. With the key on and the air conditioner switch off, cycle the fan switch from Hi speed to medium speed a few times. As you cycle the fan switch, listen for clicking sounds coming from the area of the A/C unit behind the seat which would indicate the blower motor speed relays are opening and closing. If you hear the relays clicking then you will no choice but to deep dive in and test the blower motor.
Thank you everyone, this info will help !
Where are the speed relays located?
Did you open the message I sent you Thursday night ? The blower motor speed relays and the compressor clutch relay are mounted to the housing surrounding the blower motor.
Sorry must have read over that , thanks
Does anyone have any information about removing the blower fan on a deere 330c lc. It seems like the ac lines have to be disconnected? And the entire cab disassembled just about?
