Hey new to forum and don't really know much more than this on the machine. Our skid steer at work has compression, pumps work fine and engine was just rebuilt. But it still won't start. Any ideas?
Selnoids? Bad ground connection for fuel relay? from central Missouri. cattle man live like there's no tomorrow.
Injection pump 180 out? Are the injectors getting fuel?
no the injectors are not getting fuel, fuel pump was replaced though
This has pump units in it correct? Each cylinder has its own pump unit and injection nozzle. The lifters should've been led empty for reinstall, but should be just a matter of priming. I've blocked return off and just kept blocked until smoke starts in exhaust and then it should crank.
There is a main control rack that each pump is controlled by.. IF it a single unit system.. a description would be helpful.. A picture would be BETTER.. IF the rack is stuck.. seen it 100x.. it'll never pump fuel.. and if the rack is bent.. your in BIG trouble.. Best to take the pumps out one at a time and check the rack for freeness.. Like I said, IF its the single unit system..
