I have a JD 344E and am asking if anyone knows the standard bucket capacity these loaders were sold with from new? I've been told by some 2cy but that seems a bite big for the machine size.
The original standard bucket is 1-5/8 cu yd. They have an optional stockpiling bucket that is 2 cu yd. There should be a tag on the bucket's top right corner with the part number and capacity on it.
OK thanks there's no tag on mine but it's been altered to allow quick change with a JCB coupler, but I believe it's the 1 5/8 size it's just not big enough to be a 2. Maybe fully rounded you might get 2 in it.
