    To get a better idea of track wear squat down and get a horizontal picture of the front of sprocket that also shows about 5 links of the chain. So get pretty close include top and bottom of track.

    Also count how many links there are in the track and post the number, don't assume that both sides will be the same. One of the JD exoerts will know how many there are supposed to be. Easy to tell if the tracks have had a link removed to take up wear.

    When the idler is out to the end of the track frame there is no more adjusters left, That also shows the pin and bushing wear is past 100% . Those tracks have not been short tracked. Bob

    As Bob mentioned . Take a picture of the front idler also to see what's going on there too. These folks should have the link count plus other specs. https://www.ritchiespecs.com
