Engine will not Regen. Monitor states perform parked Regen. 1DW648LXLFF669024 Codes 3719.16 filter restriction 1569.31 derate 101.4 crank pressure sensor circuit fault 523219.4. Hvc valve power circuit fault 523541.5 HVU reverse alarm fault I feel like the 101.4 needs to be resolved to complete the Regen. Can anyone help with resistance readings for the crankcase pressure sensor?

There will be no regen until this code is cleared and this code is set when something else caused the issue. The crankcase sensor spec is 820Ω at 1 psi. I do not think the sensor is the issue. Change the crankcase filter first. Should be just behind the fuel separator filter. Make sure all the plumbing to that filter is clear and has no kinks. Do you have any kind of software to access the ECU? Next step would be to read all the pressure and temperature sensors cold before engine start up looking for any sensor that would be reading way off from the other sensors. Does the engine run OK (no miss, smoke etc)

I have after market stuff, I did not try to hook to yesterday as it was Sunday and was just trying to get home. Just from voltage test of crankcase sensor wires it appears that the sensor is out of range. The 101.4 code is active without cranking the engine. Will I be able to force a Regen with the engine exhaust filter code,3719.16, or do I need to just clear that code and then force Regen?

Sorry, should have paid attention to .4 part of the code. That code on a pressure sensing pulldown designed circuit would be voltage lower than possible which would be an open 5 V ref wire, open signal wire or an open sensor. If you have a good 5 V reference and a good ground (Deere calls it a return) at the sensor and the signal wire is good back to the controller then you most likely have a bad sensor. A DPF recovery followed by a service regen would have to be successfully completed to clear the 3719 code.

Well we got it done. Found open signal wire from crankcase pressure to ECU. 101.4 now stored. Attempt regen, would not get throught pre warm up. New active code (can't remember exact number) air throttle mismatch . Command was 99% actual position 56%. Check wires to and fro airthrottle. Ok . Found air throttle stuck. Replace with new. Exhaust filter code latched, JD dropped by to unlock . Was able to start the service Regen. Thanks
