Do you have any literature reference from the manual for the flashing led ?

yes i have all the manuals but i sent it to the shop and they where into it 2 hours and called and said there hands where tied due to changing it to lithium battires jlg refused to work on it because now it is deemed unsafe and is a liability because of the weight distribution from side to side so i have it back at my shop with no clue as to what is wrong with it.

I can only assume that one of the modules that was replaced would need to be programmed in order for the machine to work with it safety interlocks. JLG agent should of at least been able to isolate and advise the cause of the powerup issue before condemning the machine to be unsafe due to stability!
