Got a guy with a JLG 400S that the brakes stay locked up on one end. He called the dealer and they told him the brake hubs were bad. He replaced them and still the same problem. He can turn the lock tabs over and it will roll them and after he uses it a while he can turn the tabs back over and it will work properly for a while. I'm thinking it's not getting pressure to the brakes initially and after it runs a bit it starts sending pressure. It's a 2006 model. Anf ideas where to start looking? Thanks!
