I have a JLG 500rts With a four cyclinder ford gas and propane After the machine sits warm. When you go to restart it the high idle takes off and it smacks against the carb stop. Low idle is fine. The machine can run for an hour with out this problem. It's only after you start it and let it warm up then shut it off and let it sit for a half hour or less. I replaced the govner. The voltage at the govner is 6v while the problem is happening. Where it looks to be 8-9v when it's running normal. I'm scratching my head at this one. Any help would be greatly appreciated.
