I thought I would post here becuase I didnt see a section specific to my boom lift. Im getting low voltage to my pump motor. i have 48VDC coming out of the main contactor, when testing with the battery (-) but the pump (-) coming ot of the Power Control Unit is only giving me 33VDC. any one have an idea what could be the problem?
Must be a bad connector. Conect your meter from the positive coming out of the controller to the positive going into the pump and you should be reading X-Number of voltage loss. If the number is too high that indicates bad connection in between, or problem in the Power control unit. Simon C
