our operator broke the pto lever off at the lever that goes threw the trains housing, tractor was in need of clutch replacement, se we busted tractor loose an replaced clutch, reput tractor back together an tried it out, drives fine,, noticed pto stays engaged all the time tho, tried to adjust the lever but it still never relaeases the pto an shaft stop turning, tried to adjust pto linkage more but it gets harder an scared we gonna break lever again. when tractor was split we worked the throw out bearing levers while looking at the throw out bearings. any ideas why pto want stop,
