John Deere 310se no forward or reverse

I have a 2001 John Deere 310 se with a powershift transmission I have no forward or reverse when the the wheels are on the ground , with the legs down you have movement of the wheels but can be held back with minimal resistance , there is also a hydraulic leak at the torque converter / clutch inspection cover , wondering what to look for to diagnose this concern
