Have a deere 50G with 2800hrs, i fully serviced it 100hrs ago. An issue as appeared where the lift, curl and blade lift functions are slow. Travel speed, swing and thumb works fine. Really unsure what i need to be looking for and where to look for it. Dont have service manual. Vin is 1FF050GXKEH281713
Any ideas? john deere came and tested pump pressure and said it was fine but they were unsure what the issue is.
Did John Deere only test the main pump pressure? Or did they also test the pilot pressure, the PLS pressure ( this is a pressure from the main valve to the pump that gives information to the pump about how much power is needed) and the PGR pressure( this pressure comes from the Revulotion sensing valve and gives information to the pump and the main valve of how much power is needed from the pump? Did they test all 4 pressures at the same time while operating the machine to see if there is any differences between slow functions and ok funktions? At least one of this 4 pressures will probably show a strange value while operating a slow function, if not check the secondary pilot pressure on okey and slow funktions to se if there is any difference. Are you really sure the thumb works ok? Too high main pump pressure during low load operations will give slow functions. Too high PLS pressure will give slow functions. Too low PGR pressure will give slow functions.
