I’m looking at buying a 98 model jd 690elc machine went to run it it has a heavy lift relay light on I replaced it and it’s still on,the machine is very weak and bogs down just moving the boom up tried to dig with it got half full and almost died it also doesn’t have enough power to turn with the tracks any help is appreciated I got oil samples sent off they should be back tomorrow it’s saying it only has 3900hrs
Welcome to HEF Cwalters ! I would be leery buying something that has an issue like that. If it is an engine issue, it may be something simple, if it a hydraulic issue, it could get expensive, not to mention parts availability may be nil.
