Hi just looking for some help when digging away at the end of the digging cycle it loses a bit power can anyone help with this
Good day Loss of power comes in a couple of elements or the combination of both, that of pressure requires a gauge to establish any loss while flow can be measured by implement speed. To help you better, maybe you can define if it is the complete machine of specific circuits. For example, Arm-Boom -bucket. Be sure the engine is performing correctly, modern hydraulics can adjust the power according to the engine power output. This may hide an engine defect. Kind regards Uffex
Hi thanks for your reply the machine hydraulic pump ok its running at about 360bar it’s the arm boom when you are operating it starts to lose power digging but still digs just slumps in power at bit ?
And the fast track doesn’t work
Good day Your post staes you have 360 bar, is that when your power loss occurs or just with a dead end of the cylinders with a pressur check ? Kind regards Uffex
Not had a pressure test but had a crusher bucket on and he tested the press and turn pump up a little bit but I had the problem before that if I am digging top soil heap you can nearly stall the machine then it powers back up could this be a cylinder bye passing oil ?
Good day Cylinder by-pass can be detected by creep (Example, boom lowers when parked above ground level). I suggest you check the engine out first injectors - fuel pump - turbo - check compression of cylinders, induction system. If the machine has more than 5000 hrs getting these parts serviced has got to good policy. Kind regards Uffex
If your machine has the double Kawasaki pump, it should not be adjusted that would disturb other functions.
