have done all the tests and I'm finally at the track motor. No ceased track rollers so I'm going to pull the final drive down. Has anyone got any writeups on the final drive and motor so I could study before pulling down TIA
Good day Red Please see attached may be helpful more detailed diagnostics on the website (to heavy to post on the H.E.F.) Kind regards Uffex
Don't know what tests you've done, but first suspect on an excavator is always the swivel seals bypassing?
thanks uffex and lantraxo. Yes done all the tests. Swapped the pipes over on the pump, valve block and at the bottom of swivel Still slow on the same track. Looking for what to check, clearances and tollerences if anyone has them tia
Good day Have you checked the following - planetary transmission for lube conditions - marked one trackpad each side compare rotation speed - try dead ending the bucket see if the tracks straighten out. Follow up with more information shortly regards Uffex
Missed make sure the pedal is clear of debris - Idler not binding - be sure that the arm - boom bucket speed is up to spec.
