Hi. Could anyone be of help.... I have a JCB450 with a Kawasaki K3V180 hydr pump. I am looking for the SC port on the pump. Online diagrams was of no use. The port connects to the max flow control soloniod on the 8station solonoid bank... Thanx in advance

Here are 2 versions of the Kawasaki pump that utilize a flow control cut signal. Attachment "Flow cut ports JCB JS JS450 JS460" Shows a top down view of the Kawasaki DPH version pump. The flow cut ports on the reg are Pm1 and Pm2 and are usually plumbed together with a loop hose at the pump or a "t" connection at the solenoid. Attachment "K3V flow cut port" is a side view of the DT/DTP and DTH style. I have highlighted an arrow to the same port locations. Same hose configuration as before but usually this style of pump would have a small loop hose between the 2 regulators with a t fitting at the regulator and a single line connection back to the solenoid. Hope this helps Kind regards

Great thankyou. Previous owner removed most solenoids and connections. I have the JS450 manual and thakyou for the photo description showing the location. Couldn't figure it out from the 2d schematic... Regards

The PZ1 and PZ2 ports in your pdf are negative flow control ports. your pump in the pic does not have maximum flow cut option. Your pdf shows on the rear pump a shuttle valve (C6) to the rear pumps negative flow control port. This shuttle would usually have 1 connection to a solenoid and another connection to the main valve bank. if you had a hydraulic schematic of your machine then this would confirm your set up. Kind regards

If you have a look at the schematic. The SC port is not close to the regulator....

Right. So the Max flow solonoid Im going to leave blanked off. Thankyou for your time and knowledge. Ragards

That schematic is not a Kawasaki pump schematic , at a guess I would think it is a Rexroth schematic, different set up and style of pump. Kind regards
