I recently bought a 1998 SK115DZ and the idler guides are cracked on the frame. I see the parts manual has a part for the LH and RH guide but it appears to be all welded out. Looks like a simple welding repair? How much clearance should there be between the idler slide valve and the guides on the lower frame? As you can see in the pictures, there is a ton of slop there now.
Good day Z That is pretty bad example of guide wear I would suggest that the track frame would need complete rework, our experience is that the clearance between Idler guide and frame can be as much as 10mm. I guess your machine has sat nav to make that kind of wear. Kind regards Uffex
