Hi, Does anyone know where to get a service or repair manual for a Kebelco SK120LC Mark IV, I find and have a parts manual. The problem is the main BOOM cylinder will only pull in, the bucket works, there arm can swing, seems on the main cylinder seems stuck, can it be the main value is stuck. Any help is appreciated.
You mean the boom will lower but not raise? OR the stick will pull in but not extend?

Bad capsule in the joystick, pinched pilot hose, sticking valve spool, defect in spool centering, port relief valve defective or stuck open, bad piston seals in cylinder. I would start by swapping the hoses at the boom foot or right behind the cylinder if they're long enough, see if the problem reverses. If it does the problem is in the valve or control, if the problem remains the same then the problem is in the cylinder. If the pilot lines on the main valve block are long enough, or under the joystick controller, swap the two lines for the arm cylinder spool control. Again if the problem reverses then the problem is in the joystick controller or pilot lines, if not the problem lies in the main valve unit.
