Your secondary pilot output control pressure from the travel pilot valve is regulated so adjusting the pilot pressure input may not show you a change in secondary output pressure. Your travel pilot pressure looks to be within the specifications you have listed from the manual. Try doing cycle test and see if any other functions are slow or not within the manuals allowable specifications. best regards
