hello all, im working on kobelco sk170-8 excavator and when you go to start the machine you can hear the hydraulic pumps engage and they drag down the engine causing it not to start... i removed pilot pump pressure line to regulators and it will start every time. im thinking its a regulator problem but not 100% sure. just curious if anyone has heard or ran across this. thank you in advance! -Rick

is the displacement electronically controlled or is there feedback hose from the control valve
Check all hydraulic hoses well maybe some has been mixed Up
