Kobelco wiring trouble

Model - sk25sr-2 I'm having trouble with the safety switch on the arm rest. I have jumped it out unhooked it and everything else I could think of. Thank you

    Is there power to the switch or this a grounding circuit

    Yes , there is 12v going to the switch.

    If there is 12v going to the switch and you have replaced it by looping/shorting that part of the circuit the switch is not the problem
