komatsu 150 problems?

Have a kom. 150 that has to have engine running at 1500 rpm before hydraulics will start workin? Anyone have any repair suggestions?

    Check your pilot pressure. It is a gear pump that might not put out enough flow to stroke up the main pumps at low RPM.
