Komatsu D41P throttle cable and brake pads

I bought a d41p-6 that is a bit of a project. Throttle cable is frozen and decelerator cable is stiff. They look like standard control cables. There are some numbers on the throttle cable but hard to make them out. I'm thinking 1915-1100. I'd like to try to source them aftermarket to save some money if possible. It would not turn when I got it, so I adjusted the turning brakes. They took a lot of adjustment. Should I be worried about tearing up the brake rotors? Can I get the pads anywhere besides komatsu? They quoted me 216 each and 5 day wait.
