Picked up this D65E-7. Steer levers work perfectly but I have zero foot brake. There is no feedback through the pedals at all. Where do I start to diagnose and hopefully fix.
Adjust brakes thru inspection covers at the back of machine under fuel tank
Are the inspection covers the ones with two bolts and staring right at me
