Hi Chrissy Never done a hm400, but i did look into removing a trans from one a while ago and its one hell of alot of work just to get it out of there!! Just worth a note!
80 hours would be fair. That might be alittle on the low side. I would install a reman, if you can get one. Its faster turn around and they have a good warrenty.
