What flavor hydraulic oil are you using? According to our dealer, Shell is supplying their oil. HO46HM We've been using DA Lubricants, but the oil sample reports are returning warning of low viscosity
Rando HDZ32 Hitachi claims zinc = bad, so dunno. Only found that out years later, never had an issue.
Where is the "Whatever Tractor Supply has on sale" response?
Before I got into the lube industry for work, that's all I did. Same with grease. Used "303" oil from Wallmart for years. So 25+ years of vehicles and equipment got that treatment and no failures due to lube. Makes a person wonder.
