Komatsu PC120-6eo Toggle Switch in Fusebox

Hello, Guys! May i know what this switch is for? Should it be turned up or down always? Thank You!

    One of those is to release the swing brake all the time. The other is the TVC prolix or bypass switch. You should have a fault code on the monitor if one isn't in the correct position.
