Having trouble with bucket getting slower and slower on pc400-3 its an old girl but i only need it for a few hours a week so hard to justify replacing it. Have had all pressures checked by Komatsu dealer but they haven’t really fixed the problem n have had them back to look at it with no light on the issue. Track is abit slow that comes out of the same valve block as bucket ram but the main boom works fine which is on the same valve block. Bucket is slow from cold and gets worse when it warms up after 30mins or so n is almost unusable. Where can i start looking
I’d look at the bucket cylinder closer. The piston seals are probably leaking internally. You can do the ol’e plug one end and see if it drifts trick or use the non-contact thermometer trick.
