I have a PC50MR2, it was working reasonably well but has recently started being very slow. Everything moves slowly swivel almost no force, blade will lift but slow, motor doesn't bog everything is just slow. Do I need to adjust the PPC or is it more likely a pilot pump issue? Hydraulic filter was changed a 200 hrs ago. The diesel strainer had some crud in it which I've cleaned, it was a little better after that but not much. No problems starting, runs at full throttle no smoke
This fault could be a number of possibilities. Probably would start with the PPC pump and the pilot lock out solenoid pressure output. one of the fittings either at the pilot pump pressure outlet or the p port pressure inlet of the PPC lock solenoid may have a gauze filter strainer inside the fitting itself that could be blocked. Relief valve for the PPC is mounted on the solenoid block. Pilot relief pressure measured at the pump, engine full throttle with levers in neutral should be 3.73 MPa.
Hello Have the same issues with my PC 50 MR2 , started with very poor swing and blade function The normally digging function are bad but not so bad as swing and blade ? and that get worse when it varms up ; full temp , i will start with checking pilotpressure also ! Thanks Jan
