Komatsu pw130 1997, monitor panel and engine throttle controller model codes

Good Evening, Is there anyone is working with this kind of machine and could check what are monitoring codes 01 and 03 for this machine? We have Chinese monitor and it says that it is for 120. Same thing is with engine throttle controller, it says it is for 120. Only pump controller says that is for 130. If this is wrong, is there any other option to fix this than buy right versions of those? Or knowledge is this big issue? We have had some strange behaving with low, mid and high speeds. Also original axle lock is replaced with direct wiring and switch. Those both are done by previous owner. This machine was not working condition when we bought it. After some checking we did realize that problem was with broken TVC valve wiring. Now it looks like it needs some adjustment, like previous owner had tried to fix it from wrong place. We did found almost direct instructions for checking TVC valve from this forum! This Is my first post for this formum. Kind Regards JTH

You didn't mention what Dash number is on this machine. I've worked on machines up to a Dash 5 so this might not be the same. The 130 is the same as a 120 as far as the upper controls work. The differences are in how the travel and outriggers work. As I recall when you use the travel function the computer puts the pump in maximum output and the computer allows the engine speed to be drawn down more. I believe the codes you are getting correspond to the E01 and E03 that you find on the excavators and those are alert codes. One is for engine control and the other for pump control. You will have to go into the diagnostic menu to find out what is going on. If you have the Dash 5 monitor panel you push the button in the back upper right corner of the panel while holding the front lower left button until the monitor shifts. That should give you the diagnostic codes. I don't remember a Dash 3 having this type of monitor so that is as far as I can tell you for now. Maybe a photo of the panel would help.

pw130-6 and more information Yes, dash number is 6, machine serial number is K30484. There are no alert codes after replacing TVC valve wires. I take a picture from current Chinese labeled monitor display. Unfortunately there are only signs Komatsu and pc behind of display monitor
