Kubota kx61-2 2002 issues

Hello I have recently put a head on a kubota kx61-2 and recon injectors and injector pump. Now digger has no power when booming up or tracking. Have had injectors and pump rechecked and they are fine. Carried out compression test and it is perfect. The shims under pump are same as before have tried adding and taking out and no difference. But when I boom up or track the engine bogs down. No smoke atall engine starts and runs perfectly no lumps or misses I am beginning to lean towards a hydraulic issue but really not sure. I have attached a video. Customer says digger was fine before. I'm stuck
