Had to remove engine to do a few jobs on and in doing so dropped all the hydraulic oil out. Fitted engine and new hydraulic oil but 2 new problems found on first run If you try and use both servo handles together only one action will take place Plus slew will not work at all Bucket. Dozer blade. Dipper. Tracks. Boom Plus moving main arm to off slew all work ok Suspect air lock but the only thing i found to do is put all rams at halfway position and run the engine on low revs for 5mins Did nothing Hydraulic oil in sight glass no leaks on system Tried bleeding ram at bucket How do you do a proper air bleed of the system My digger has 4 pumps. 1 on engine and 3 others joined together I really need the machine up and running to get jobs done before winter stops work

Has no one had a problem like this Some one must at least know how to do a proper kubota hydraulic air bleed

Shouldn't have to bleed the main system. If it has hydraulic pilot controls, you may have to bleed the pilot system, not sure. Might not be getting enough pilot pressure or flow, should check pilot pressure. Sounds to me like one or more pump sections are not putting out, usually on these small machines there's a separate section for the swing.

Just to let everyone know that a problem I had on my kubota kx41 has been solved I had no 360 movement and only I action at a time on the pilot controls Had to wait for my brother to come back from Canada (He,s an ace mechanic) and what we found after a lot of checks was the foot pedal that allows the boom arm to swing up To the cab was not giving full movement so the valve under the floor was not fully open or closed Everything works fine not. Just posting for other people checking out control lever problems
