Being in Guyana I'd say it's pretty hot. In your first post you mention when the wind is against the wind it works fine. Figuring that with more wind blowing toward the condenser/radiator then it will cool. Now you mentioned when it is at night. If it works better when the outside air temp is lower and not when it's higher, then next I would ask has the Freon pressures been checked. If pressures have been checked what are they and what is the outside air temp?

the low side is 32psi and the high side is 315 psi. p.s. will recheck the machine tomarrow.

the outside temp is about 75-80deg

Your pressures should be closer to 40 on low and 200 on high side, give or take a little. With your high side being at 315 I'm think your orifice tube is clogging up. Here is a pressure chart and trouble shooting

caterpiller 320 don't have orific tube.

It's either an orifice tube or expansion valve, either way give me your serial number and it can be looked up

    Gla00658 320 CL catpiller.

You have an expansion valve and it is part number 130-0263. Not saying this is your issue, but this would be the most likely item number 28. If you do open the system suggest replacing the dryer item 12 part number 176-1902

thank you will let you know what going on with the system tomarrow

the first thing to check on the expansion valve is that the bulb that senses the outlet of the evaporator is attached to the line & IS INSULATED from ambient air.. also is the machine running hot or warmer than normal? check the fan also.
