why would Cummins connect leak off port on top of governor on CAV DPA to a supply line ( teed in to it ), with the check valve, and then run another one with restricted fitting from the top cover to return network?! Poor ball hammered out big crater in the aluminum housing! industrial 6B, engine does have a lift pump.
