Link Belt 4300Q no motor control?

vin LE216-4162 Motor will start and will move, but will only idle and unable to rev up? the dash will only show mode and nothing more, buttons will beep when pushed, test button will light all the indicator lights. There is a relay clicking when the key is on! checked all the fuses, but still unable to rev it up? Any suggestions are more then welcome? Thanks Mike

    All the lights light up, auto idle turns on an off. Other then the mode blinking there is no other data showing up on the dash?

    Checked the ecu and found no burnt leeds on the pcb board, is there a way to test this further? Agean and sigestions be more the welcome!

    Will throttle up and operate in bypass mode , but no data on the dash and auto idle, or console control not working? Confused Hopefuly someone might have an answer?
